Use cooked sweet potatoes, low sodium 100% tomato juice, vegetable broth, natural peanut butter, and spices. This low fat, low calorie soup is surprisingly delicious and nutritious. Satisfying Soup

One of the reasons why soup is a weight loss friendly food is because of the large water content. The water fills you up so that you do not eat as much as you would otherwise. Because of this, soup is an excellent choice as a meal or as an appetizer. Soups are also eaten slowly, because they are hot, which means you eat less.

The great thing about soup is you do not have to be on some crazy fad diet to enjoy it. Simply make it a part of your weight loss plan.
