When you are sprinkling powdered sugar on your desserts, try using only a teaspoon full.

No Calorie Sweeteners

A second weight loss trick is to use no calorie sweeteners in foods and beverages. A no calorie sweetener is as sweet as 2 teaspoons of sugar but minus the calories. Two tablespoons of table sugar is about 40 calories. The great thing about no calorie sweeteners is you can find them just about anywhere, carry them compactly in your purse, or cook with them without noticing any difference in the flavor.

Hidden Sugars that Sabotage Weight Loss

The next weight loss tip involves learning about the hidden sugars in the foods we eat. These foods are full of sugar:
